Blueprint has managed various incentive programmes for Orange delivering exclusive and once-in-a-lifetime experiences in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Highlights included a Telechannels team incentive based around the football World Cup in addition to Samsung specific incentive programmes for internal staff which stimulated sales of key devices and saw a 163% increase in connections.
Following excellent feedback from the client and attendees of the 2014 Marbella event, Blueprint went on to win and deliver the 2015 award programme in Dubai. Numbers were increased to 90 and programme highlights included a desert safari with activities such as dune buggies, dune bashing in 4x4's, sand boarding and falconry followed by a traditional dinner and entertainment at an exclusive camp site. Dubai attendees scoring and feedback ranked as the highest average score ever received for a Volkswagen incentive with an overall average of 9.7 / 10.
Orange / EE
Business sales recognition
EE wanted a programme with enough appeal to reward top performing high earning business sales people with the recognition they deserved. The focus was on not only sales objectives but also the broader methods around the overall sales process. Blueprint developed a programme structure that helped promote the desired behaviours and rewarded the most deserving with bespoke, prestigious group travel trips for winners and their partners. As a direct result there was increased motivation and ambition to become recognised through the programme, a better understanding of the key behaviours behind driving sales and best practice sharing through case studies.
Leading Digital book launch
To launch a physical book into a digital world, Blueprint helped CapGemini Consulting and Harvard Business Press create a series of promos, trailers and info-graphics for their new title ‘Leading Digital’.
The creative execution was designed to play across all channels including print, digital, online and live events. Premiering in front of 50,000 people at Oracle World, the trailer has been delivered in multiple languages for use globally.
Jacques Vert Group
British fashion house Jacques Vert asked Blueprint to create consumer content featuring three of their new designers for a range of upcoming exclusive collections.
Written, devised and produced by Blueprint, the series of films included shoots with Dame Zandra Rhodes, Lorcan Mullany and Her Majesty The Queen’s milliner, Rachel Trevor-Morgan.
The content is widely used online and instore as part of the client’s SEO and CRM strategies, driving traffic and sales.
Throughout the year, Blueprint helps content distributors – creating pre-sale promotional material, organising events to help the sales process and capturing post-sale marketing support video content with talent and producers.
At MIPCOM in Cannes each year Blueprint supports clients by creating bespoke video materials to display on their exhibition stands and generates social media content on site to help maximise the return on their sales activities.
BlackBerry Partner Programme
Having successfully rolled out the BlackBerry Partner Programme in UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the Singapore Head Office wanted a version rolled out across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan. There were more than 700 registered Partners with more than 3,500 users between them, all using the site to access product information, sales collateral, marketing materials and bespoke incentives.
Xperia Island incentive platform
Having been voted the Best Manufacturer Training Portal in the 2015 iSellMobile Awards, the Sony store staff central information portal, Xperia Zone and its always-on incentive platform Xperia Island, have been rolled out to educate, excite and incentivise Call Centre staff in India and the Philippines. Content includes product news and information, provider-specific news, online training and quizzes. More than 3,000 users registered across all Call Centres for Three/Hutch and Virgin Media giving Sony a dedicated communications platform.
Jacques Vert Group
Blueprint was asked to create an event to raise awareness and generate buzz around the Autumn/Winter line-up of coats from fashion brand Jacques Vert. Requiring an activity that would generate press awareness, drive sales and support their charity partners, ‘Coatwalk’ was created.
The events combined a celebrity fashion show and a custom built pop-up retail store. The events were delivered in both the UK and Hong Kong and generated social media content and press coverage across consumer and trade press.
Disney Media Networks
Few producers have made such an impact on the world of television as Shonda Rhimes. The producer of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, ‘Scandal’, ‘How To Get Away With Murder’ and ‘The Catch’, her shows are loved around the world.
As part of their international upfronts event, Disney Media Networks asked Blueprint to create a tribute tape, portraying the impact her shows have had globally. This accolade was introduced by Hollywood actors Ellen Pompeo, Kerry Washington and Viola Davies.
Combining press cuttings, promos and on-air materials with original interviews, the tape was played at the event in front of 1,500 of the world’s leading television acquisition executives.

918 Spyder drive experience
The 918 Spyder drive experience was a 10 day event at Monteblanco in Spain for 53 VIP depositors and prospects over one week. Pre-event management included personalised itineraries for each guest, arrangements of charter flights, private transfers and 5 star accommodation. Blueprint was responsible for all the onsite management on behalf of Porsche and three deposits were taken.

918 Spyder VIP factory collection
Meeting and exceeding the exacting standards of high networth customers, Blueprint managed the factory collection in Leipzig for 63 Porsche 918 Spyder owners. Responsibilities included pre-event management, personalised itineraries for each guest, flight arrangements, transfers, 5 star accommodation and liaising with the Porsche 918 Spyder concierge team to ensure an unforgettable experience was delivered.
Pan-european training programmes
Working with the Lexus Europe Marketing and Communications team based in Brussels, Blueprint delivered a series of pan-European training programmes over four years in destinations such as Paris, Cologne, Berlin and Barcelona. For example, the Monte Carlo programme for the Lexus IS ran for six weeks based on a rolling, back-to-back, 24 hour format for more than 25 European countries covering over 950 delegates with training, communications and onsite support in five different languages. Blueprint was responsible for the programme concept, guest management, guest communications translations, liaison with Country Managers to co-ordinate individual country / press group logistics, hotel and local supplier management, brand representation, design and management of an airport installation and hospitality lounge, budget and post-event feedback and analysis.
Working with our UK based client and a partner logistics agency, Blueprint was appointed to manage the conference production and content development in addition to producing the show in Germany. Delegates from across the network flew by charter plane to Germany where they attended the UK conference, a launch preview, a hosted dinner and a tour of the Wolfsburg plant. We continue to work with Volkswagen, most significantly on their Retailer Conferences on an ongoing basis.
Toyota Motor Manufacturing Europe (TMME)
Press event, T-Sport
Working with the TMME press team based in Brussels, Blueprint developed a back-to-back 24 hour drive programme including track drive and road routes. Small press groups of around 15-20 guests arrived late afternoon for a hosted drinks reception and dinner before the driving programme on the following day. After a safety briefing at the hotel, guests paired up to share the driving in a follow-me format to the track, returning to the hotel for a late lunch prior to departure. As a result Blueprint went on to work with the TMME press team on a 4x4 press roadshow event in Sardinia following a similar back-to-back, 24 hour format over a three week period.
Commercial trading platform
Blueprint built the Dyson commercial trading platform which allows resellers across the UK and France to claim rebates for products sold. It integrates fully with Dyson’s SAP accounting solution. The platform allows programme managers to publish product information, images and videos for resellers to use in their marketing materials as well as delivering an interactive calendar of promotions so that resellers can plan and opt in and out, minimising production of wasted promotional collateral. More than 130,000 rebate claims totalling in excess of £6,500,000 have been processed through our online rebate system.
Global Employee Update
The Global Employee Update is the largest internal event in the Lendlease calendar. Hosted each year with separate events in Europe, USA, Asia and Australia, the update sees its Group CEO and business heads host an interactive hour-long Q&A.
In Europe, the main event takes place in central London, with Blueprint also staging and streaming the content to smaller satellite events simultaneously in cities across the UK.
The event features videos, presentations, interactive polls and audience questions taken digitally from both the main venue and online viewers.
Blended Retailing Hub
Blueprint designed and developed the revolutionary BRhub, to enable the Volkswagen Retailer Network to deliver a digital customer experience in showroom that is blended with the customer’s online experience.
The fully responsive site acts like an app and contains hundreds of videos, how-to-guides and the latest industry news. It encourages personalised viewing, pinning favourites, emailing the editor, likes and sharing.

Celebrate Success Awards
Each year Blueprint stages the Prince’s Trust Celebrate Success awards. The 2015 final was hosted by Ant and Dec, with special guest of honour, HRH The Prince of Wales and featured a two hour red carpet celebrity awards show.
This prestigious and high profile event saw celebrities, including Kevin Spacey, Rod Stewart, Simon Cowell, Thierry Henry and Fearne Cotton, present awards. Blueprint designs the event to generate shareable content and coverage was received the following day in the major daily newspapers, online and as news items on ITV and the BBC.
Porsche Centre websites
We managed the redesign of the Porsche Centre websites. Blueprint undertook research to determine what the end-users (both retailers and consumers) of the Centre sites required and then rebuilt them from the ground up, leveraging the work completed on the freshly released porsche.com.
We incorporated this new responsive look and feel into a content management system (CMS) so that the Centres could add and edit the content on their own sites. We also ran training sessions for all 37 Centres and the Porsche UK Head Office team.
Sony Mobile on Tour
As part of its trade marketing activity, Sony Mobile UK tasked Blueprint with creating 22 experiential training events from Plymouth to Belfast.
Each event included interactive hands-on product training, learning zones, printed collateral, competitions, food and drink for more than 1,750 people. This highly successful tour was conceived, produced and delivered in just five weeks.
Volkswagen Retailer Support
Blueprint designed the Volkswagen Retailer Support site, to meet the challenge of reducing down 17 separate ordering processes, into a single portal. The site offers up tailored access to staff from head office, the retail network and agency suppliers.
The site manages the supply chain and unifies the order process for the Retailer, regardless of the end supplier. The results are a saving of tens of thousands of pounds each year by enabling production and storage planning, thanks to intelligent reports that predict order volumes.
Blueprint created the ‘Our pharmacy – Our future’ conference to launch the new Well brand identity to store branch managers and head office staff.
With guest management, logistics and production delivered for over 1500 attendees, the event included 14 VTs, two gameshows, interactive voting, a fashion show, brand experience, live production techniques and presentations all managed by one team utilising the specific skill sets within Blueprint.
Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway ChildLine Ball
On Thursday 1 October Blueprint produced, directed and staged Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway ChildLine Ball at Old Billingsgate Market.
The evening saw Ant & Dec, Clare Balding, Stephen Mulhern and other special guests entertain an audience from the media industry. The event created content to be shared across social media and engaged the audience through Ant vs Dec to drive fundraising across all guests attending.
The night was a huge success raising over £920,000 for ChildLine and beating the previous total by £200,000.
Audi Sport Showcase
Since 2014, Blueprint has delivered the Audi Sport Showcase, a series of 40 summer drive events for Centre staff to promote the Audi Sport range to customers and prospects.
Each event is unique with venues, vehicles and customer and Centre logistics all being managed by the Blueprint events team. Following the success of the events in the UK, they are being promoted as best practice and incorporated into the central launch training for other European markets.
Internet Advertising Bureau UK Digital Upfronts
The IAB Digital Upfronts provided the platform for the Guardian to showcase its premium digital advertising opportunities to key digital influencers, brands and agencies.
Blueprint delivered the event, which included main presentations, digital signage, interactive displays and technical management, at the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho.
Blueprint was also commissioned to create part of the content for the event, including an animated info-graphic that clearly explains the Guardian’s Cultural Barometer service.
AIUK National Conference and AGM
The AIUK National Conference and AGM is an annual event attended by UK Amnesty members (and international guests) who come together for a weekend of learning, discussion, and decision-making. The event takes place over two days with approximately 450 delegates attending and consists of plenary sessions, workshops and meetings, awards for activism, exhibitions, keynote speakers, a group social evening, campaigning, debating and voting.
Blueprint has worked with Amnesty since 1997, providing logistical project management, guest management, content and plenary production.
Sky Retail Awards incentive
Blueprint conceived and introduced a national incentive programme for Sky which provides retail store staff with a reloadable award card. It has been running for the last two years and is highly successful.
This solution offers an easy mechanic for area and regional managers to reward staff and provides robust reporting allowing transparency of award spend and flexibility for staff to choose where and when to spend their rewards.

Thunderbirds Are Go
Blueprint worked with ITV Studios to create a tape that demonstrated the huge marketing support that went into relaunching the Thunderbirds franchise globally.
The film covered activity on and off-line, at multiple trade shows around the world and used a mixture of stills, images, concept artwork and clips from the new show.
Blueprint worked alongside the client to research, script and create a visual identity for the piece which is now in use for internal communications, award entries and partner briefings.
Blueprint developed an online tool to accurately track sales across the whole network each week. No system as sophisticated as this has been available in the automotive industry before.
The tool has cut admin time by 90% for area managers and improved SKODA’s forecast national accuracy average to 97%, giving the clearest ever picture of deliveries coming from all over the world.
To support the brand launch of Well Pharmacy, Blueprint created multiple video inserts for the live event and internal cascade. Covering topics from across their business, including brand development and the retail environment, the tapes were also used to tell personal stories and highlight some of their brand heroes.
One of these examples was the story of how the quick thinking and reactions of store staff had saved the life of one their customers. Striking a balance between documentary and reconstruction drama, the tape played with dramatic effect to an audience of peers.
New model launches
Ensuring a high impact and successful launch for each new model is crucial for any vehicle manufacturer and Porsche places complete responsibility for this with Blueprint. Having managed every launch event since 2004, our knowledge of Porsche’s customer base and Centre staff requirements is second to none. Most recently the 911 launch saw over 10,000 guests attend one of 32 Centre launches within a one week period, with each customer receiving the same high quality service they expect from Porsche.
